Shrimp Winter weather has arrived and the North Carolina white shrimp season has ended. Ask your sales rep about our frozen IQF North Carolina headless shrimp inventory for the winter months. Remember, North Carolina fresh and frozen shrimp are the best tasting in the world! Wild Caught and Product of U.S.A., always a winning combination.
Flounder The North Carolina summer flounder season opened on January 01, 2012. Bad weather has limited production, but the situation should improve next week. We will be able to offer our customers fresh skinless or skin-on flounder fillets. Fresh whole fluke and H&G will be available as well.
Oysters Supplies are limited due to bad weather and minimal fishing effort. We still have gallons, pints and bushels available. WE DELIVER FRESH AND FROZEN SEAFOOD TO RESTAURANTS AND RETAIL MARKETS THROUGHOUT THE CAROLINAS !!!
